How we collect and use information from this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone, company, site address, development details, the link to your plans and any message. If you email us we also keep that correspondence. Files you send us are for your quote and design.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare quotes and designs, reply to you, issue invoices and keep records of our work. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
We use service providers to host our email, forms, customer records, accounting and payments. These providers handle your information on our behalf.
Analytics and advertising
This website may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and the results of advertising. They use cookies and similar technology. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings, or block cookies in your browser.
Keeping your information
We keep files you send only as long as we need them for your quote and design, and keep business records as long as the law requires.
Access and corrections
To see, correct or ask us to delete your information, send a request through the quote form.
