How payment works
No deposit and no minimum fee. We invoice when the draft design is complete, payable within 30 days. Quotes are valid for 30 days, and work starts once you accept the quote in writing.
Pricing questions
How much does NBN pit and pipe design cost?
NBN Design charges per unit: $120 for units 1 to 10, $108 for 11 to 25, $95 for 26 to 50, $82 for 51 to 100 and $70 from 101. A 30 unit development is $3,295.
Is there a minimum fee?
No. A single duplex is two units at $120 each, $240 in total.
Do SDU and MDU designs cost the same?
Yes. The same per-unit rates apply to single and multi dwelling unit developments.
Can you lodge the NBN application for me?
Yes. Our application concierge add-on ($250 per stage) prepares and lodges the application in the nbn New Developments portal with your authority and tracks it to acceptance.
Can I get a design faster than two weeks?
Yes, subject to availability. Rush turnaround delivers within 5 business days of complete CAD plans for an extra 30% of the design fee.
When do I pay?
We invoice when the draft design is complete, with payment due within 30 days.
